30-day returns
You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items
- Opened consumables such as ink, paints or used notebooks, unless defective.
- Items marked final sale.
How to start a return
Email suport@stratovancegroup.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions.
Return shipping
If an item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are refundable only when the return is due to our error.
Order cancellations
You may cancel an order at no cost before it ships by contacting us. Once shipped, the order follows the return process above.
