Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the 50 United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Rates and delivery times
- Standard (5–7 business days): $5.95, free on orders of $50+ after discounts.
- Expedited (2–3 business days): $12.95.
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.
Delays, lost or damaged packages
If your package is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Backorders
If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll notify you and offer the option to wait, substitute, or cancel for a full refund of that item.
